Simon provided invaluable assistance throughout 2014.  He worked in close partnership with the security risk department to clear the key supplier IS&BC audit backlog. He was professional throughout and we received a number of positive comments from our suppliers following site visit. His pragmatic approach to managing the workload and his ability to produce concise, meaningful reports was greatly appreciated.

We had already been trading successfully for over a year with a German car manufacturer, providing promotional merchandise via a web portal before we got on to the radar of their IT security department. We received a security questionnaire with 120 questions on it and didn’t know where to start. We needed help from someone with experience in the supplier security review process carried out by large companies and that is exactly what we got.

Data protection is extremely important to us and the schools and colleges we work with. We identified ISO 27001 as strategically important information security standard which would enhance our, already strong, reputation in the market place but, as a small company of 70 people, we did not have an open-ended budget. We chose the service as it recognised our budget constraints but still delivered all the assistance we needed to become certified.
